Who is Herlifts for?

We welcome any female of all ages, abilities and body shape regardless of fitness level to join our community.

Where can I find the app for this program?

The Herlifts Pocket Personal Trainer is a web-enabled app that is not available in Google Play or Apple Store. When you joined the Her Lifestyle Program, add the link to your mobile home screen for easy access.

How long do I have to use the Trainer to keep myself fit?

You can use the Herlifts Pocket Personal Trainer App as long as you want! We do recommend to use it least for 30days because there's are so many resources and amazing tools available and we want you to experience all.

 

I’m out of shape, is this for me?

You will train with us to get in shape and fit. Herlifts is suitable for beginners and the Her Program is designed to build up from your core to reach your ideal body shape goal. There are 4 different levels of class available which are Her Lean, Her Strength, Her Recovery and Her Sculpt.

 

I had/have medical issues or injury, can I still train at Herlifts?

The training we do at Herlifts is perfectly safe for the vast majority of people, and our coaches are trained to scale or substitute exercises and tailor workouts based on your specific issues, imbalances and abilities. However, if you have any ailment or injury that may affect your ability to train, we recommend that you check with your doctor or physio before your first visit - in certain rare circumstances, we may require a note from your doctor or physio certifying that it’s OK for you to train with us.

What if I’m overwhelmed by the exercises and I’m out of shape?

At Herlifts there are many beginners, we promise you will be fine. We have a coach in our Herlifts Active Room to guide you through and improve gradually.

Can I use the Pocket Personal Trainer if I have food allergies?

Everyone is different and have different nutrition needs. That is why we made sure all of the ingredients in our recipes can be easily be substituted with similar food alternatives. Have some fun and make as many variations of our recipes as you can think of!
